  • Extra revisions may be chargeable.

4.3 Delivery & Timeline

  • Delays from the client’s side (content, access, approvals) may extend timelines.

5. Intellectual Property

  • All designs, code, graphics, and digital assets created by Stack Spire remain our property until full payment is received.

  • After full payment, ownership transfers to the client unless stated otherwise.

We reserve the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio.

6. Cancellation & Refunds

  • Refunds are not provided for completed work or partially completed tasks.

  • If a project is canceled mid-way by the client, charges will be applied based on the work completed.

  • No refund on digital marketing or SEO services once the campaign starts.

7. Limitation of Liability

Stack Spire shall not be liable for:

  • Losses due to misuse of the website

  • Delays caused by external factors (server issues, third-party platforms, Google updates, etc.)

  • Any loss resulting from SEO ranking changes or algorithm updates

8. Third-Party Services

We are not responsible for issues arising from these platforms.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend services if:

  • Payments are not made
